会議で発表された565件の一般講演の中で、２件の論文のみに対して授与されます。

受賞された研究内容・活動について

「マイクロチャンネル内の液膜厚さ計測のための抵抗型MEMSセンサー」
本研究では、抵抗型液膜厚センサーを解析モデル基づいて新たに提案し、Micro-electro-mechanical Systems（MEMS）技術を用いてセンサープロトタイプの試作を行いました。高精度に校正された試験装置を用いてセンサーの性能評価を行なった結果、5 µm程度の非常に薄い液膜の抵抗を正確に計測することができました。

今後の抱負・感想

It is a great honor to receive the best paper award at my first international conference attendance. This recognition encourages me to continue working diligently toward further achievements.
