電気工学専攻 周 中一さん（D2）徐 安然さん（M2）が「Distinguished Paper Award」を受賞されました

2022年9月15日、電気工学専攻 周 中一さん（D2）徐 安然さん（M2）らの研究が、Proceedings of the ACM Interactive, Mobile, Wearable and Ubiquitous Technologies (PACM IMWUT)において「Distinguished Paper Award」を受賞されました。

IMWUT Distinguished Paper Award
IMWUT assigns every year a Distinguished Paper Award (DPA) to 3-4% of all papers published by the journal in the previous year (volume). IMWUT DPAs are assigned to outstanding contributions that distinguish themselves for their novelty, completeness and maturity, pedagogical, theoretical, or practical value, or have other characteristics considered exemplary for the IMWUT community.

We create a system called SyncUp that provides multiple interactive visualizations to support the practice of synchronized dancing.

I am very excited to receive this award that recognizes our research. I want to thank everyone who has supported us in this project. I will continue my research in HCI and bring more research that excites our community.

I am very expressed to know the first research program I participated in since I joined Yatani Lab received this awards. I want to show my gratitude to everyone who helped us in this research. I will keep investigating how HCI can improve the quality of life.
