Please ensure you have adequately reviewed the contents of the "Guidelines for Applicants" for Graduate School of Engineering, the "Guide to Entrance Examinations" and the website for the department of your choice.
-About the photograph data used when creating your application:
The photograph data will be used for your examination admission card and will verify your identity when taking the exam. Images that have been processed or modified cannot be used. Failure to verify your identity may result in disqualification.
-About dual nationality:
If you have nationalities of both Japan and another nation besides Japan, please be sure to declare it at the time of application.

English test (TOEFL) for persons with disabilities
If persons with disabilities are planning to apply, a TOEFL for persons with disabilities will be prepared at ETS; so please contact ETS yourself in advance, take the TOEFL for persons with disabilities according to the instructions, and obtain a score before you apply. You may then use that score when you apply.
