Young Researcher Encouragement Award

Young Researcher Encouragement Award is presented to presenters of particularly outstanding and promising encouragement lectures delivered by young researchers at Type I Research Meetings hosted by the Network Systems Research Committee.

About awarded research

Research title is “Scalability evaluation of 5G wide-area motion data visualization system.”

This research addresses the issues inherent in inertial motion sensing: the difficulty of supporting wide-area, simultaneous connections for numerous devices over communication networks, and the inaccuracy of global coordinates reconstructed from skeletal data. It proposes an architectural solution to overcome these issues. Furthermore, through system implementation using actual hardware, the effectiveness of this solution against all challenges has been verified in practice.

Your impression & future plan

I am honored to receive such an award for my research. This year, I also had the opportunity to present these findings internationally. I aim to make satellite communications more accessible and contribute to realizing a safer society.
