The Young Researcher Presentation Award aims to honor young members who have presented outstanding papers at the Nano Epitaxy Division workshop, thereby contributing to the advancement of crystal growth and related research fields.
About awarded research
Kosuke Joya, a first-year master's student in the Electrical Engineering and Information Systems (Maeda Laboratory), received the Young Researcher Presentation Award at the 18th Conference on Nano-Structure and Epitaxial Growth, held from May 21–23, 2026, at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (Oita), for his presentation titled "Characterization of Structural and Electrical Properties of PA-MBE-Grown ScAlN/GaN Heterostructures."
