PM Fumio Kishida attends hands-on course on generative AI

On 14 August 2023, Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, Special Advisor to the Prime Minister Hideki Murai, and others attended a hands-on course on generative AI at Hongo Campus. The course was supervised by the lab of Professor Yutaka Matsuo, who is a chairman of the Japanese government’s "AI Strategy Council".

Dean Kato then participated in a roundtable discussion with President Fujii.
