Award given to an excellent student paper at Symposium ASRAM 2021.

＜About awarded research＞
A system risk analysis was qualitatively performed to identify hazard causal factors at the judgement of PCV venting focusing on interactions among persons, organizations and components using STAMP/STPA, which is applied to the system analysis on airplane, medical devices and automobiles with systems being complicated by deploying digital system.

I am very honored to receive the impressive award. It encourages me. I want to move forward to propose a new approach incorporating the quantitative analysis method into STAMP/STPA.
