ICAS Distinguished Service Award
The International Council of the Aeronautical Sciences (ICAS) is an international academic organization comprising aeronautical sciences societies and related bodies from 30 countries. It was established with the aim of advancing academic research in the field of aeronautics and promoting international collaboration. The ICAS Distinguished Service Award is presented to individuals who have made significant contributions toward achieving the goals and ideals of ICAS.
About awarded research
Professor Kenichi Rinoie was recognized for his leadership and contributions as the Executive Committee Chair of the 2023 ICAS Emerging Technology Forum (ICAS ETF 2023), where he led the event to success by facilitating discussions on the current state and future of advanced air mobility.
