About awarded research
"Can AI with High Reasoning Ability Replicate Human-like Decision Making in Economic Experiments?"
Economic experiments, which are scientific methods for observing human decision-making, have the problem of various costs involved in their implementation. To address this, agent simulation using large language models is beginning to attract attention. In particular, this study examined how the reasoning capabilities of generative agents affect the results of economic experiment simulations.
