International Powder and Nanotechnology Forum 2024 / Outstanding Poster Presentation Award

This award is given to students who have made outstanding poster presentation at the International Powder and Nanotechnology Forum 2024.

About awarded research

Conducting numerical simulations of large-scale particulate systems incorporating non-spherical shapes is highly valuable for industries. However, it has been recognized to be extremely challenging, primarily due to the immense computational demands involved. In our study, we propose a novel mathematical model to overcome this obstacle, facilitating efficient execution of such simulations. This innovative approach holds promise for resolving powder-related issues across diverse industries.

Your impression & future plan

I am honored to receive the poster award at this international conference. I am very grateful for Professor Sakai’s invaluable guidance and my colleagues' support and collaboration. This recognition reflects the collective effort of our team. I believe that this award should also be addressed to the other co-authors whose contributions were significant.
