Associate professor Masaki Kobayashi has been awarded a Young Scientist Award of the Physical Society of Japan for study of electronic structure analysis on ferromagnetic semiconductors using synchrotron radiation spectroscopy.
Commemorative lecture title:
Unveiling Origin of Ferromagnetism in Magnetic Semiconductors by Electronic Structure Analysis Using Synchrotron Radiation
<Comments>
I’m very honored for this award. I would keep do my best for electronic structure study using synchrotron radiation until now and in the future and contribute to development of future electronics.
