Lecture series for Junior and Senior High Schools: Ohyu Gakuen Girls’ Junior and Senior High School

On 14 June 2023, the lecture was held at Ohyu Gakuen Girls’ Junior and Senior High School and was attended by senior high school students and teachers.  The lecture began in a warm atmosphere, with students cheering at photos of Prof. Kato’s school days, and introduced the cutting-edge research and research on rare resources that he specialises in.  During the Q&A session after the lecture, many questions were raised by the senior high school students, who are in the process of preparing for exams, such as "How should we prepare ourselves to continue studying at the Faculty of Engineering?" and "What should you do if you fall behind?" and so on.
