Title: Dynamic simulation and process assessment of cultivation modes in monoclonal antibody production

The model that enables process designers to choose the optimal cultivation modes in the monoclonal antibody production was developed. The mathematical cultivation model was defined based on the one experiment case,and the dynamic simulation of the batch, fed-batch, and perfusion modes was done. From the result of the simulations, different scenarios were compared,and the mapping for supporting decision making in the cultivation process design was created.
