Japanese Language Class of the School of Engineering 「Kimono wearing session」

On Wednesday November 25, the JLCse held a kimono workshop at Engineering Bldg. 8 on Hongo campus.

This is one of the most popular events at the JLCse, and it is made possible through the cooperation of volunteers. 32 international students participated in this event.

At first they seemed a little nervous, but after getting dressed in their kimonos, students posed for the cameras with big smiles.

We hope this event helps them become familiar with the traditional Japanese kimono.
