About awarded research

"An Information Literacy Support Tool that Operates on a Browser"
We are providing an information literacy support tool for young people as a browser extension. By utilizing AI for article analysis, it supports the distinction between facts and opinions, summarization, identification of primary sources, presentation of media background information, and searching for other perspectives. We aim for this to be installed as a standard feature on school terminals. Our proposal included a discussion on the usefulness of generative AI for information literacy.

Your impression & future plan

We are truly honored to receive such a prestigious award. We will continue to develop this idea further and devote ourselves to solving the challenges of the information space through our research and other activities.
