〈Your impression & future plan〉
We, the co-authors of Flower Jelly Printer, are all very proud of this award. Considering a better way to demonstrate our work for CHI that took place online due to the COVID-19 pandemic led to the award. We believe our research will enhance the freedom of food and help achieve an inclusive society where diverse people can join cultural and economic activities. We will keep on working on proof-of-concept experiments for improvement and commercialization of our technology.
