Application for Certificate Issuance
If you wish to request certificates such as the graduation (completion) certificate, degree award certificate, or transcript, please refer to the following instructions and submit your application.

If you have any questions regarding the issuance of certificates for graduates and alumni (graduation/completion certificate, degree award certificate, transcript, etc.), please contact us via the inquiry form. We also accept questions regarding educational background verification or academic inquiries from third parties (with authorization from the individual).
