2025年8月16日、社会基盤学専攻 沖 大幹 教授がAsian Scientist 100（2025年版）に選出されました。

 

 

Asian Scientist 100（2025年版）

Asian Scientist 100は、シンガポールを拠点とする科学技術誌 / Asian Scientist Magazineが毎年発表する、アジア各国の優れた科学者・研究者100 名を選出するリストです。  
科学技術、工学、医療、環境など幅広い分野において、顕著な研究成果や社会的貢献をあげた人物が選ばれます。2025年版は、この企画の第10回記念号にあたります。  
沖 大幹 教授は、このリストに選出されただけでなく、同誌の記事中でもその研究成果が詳しく紹介されました。

 

受賞された研究内容・活動について

東京大学の沖 大幹 教授は、気候変動への適応を視野に入れた持続可能な水資源管理の推進、人間活動を考慮した水循環モデルの構築、そして全球河川流量シミュ レーションの精度向上に関する卓越した研究業績が高く評価され、「Asian Scientist 100 (2025 edition)」に選出されました。これらの研究は、科学的知見と政策実践を結びつけ、持続可能な社会の実現に寄与します。

 

今後の抱負・感想

とても光栄に思います。  
後に続く若い研究者の養成にさらに力を入れ、私を越える科学者をたくさん輩出したいと思います。
