On 20 November 2023, an Asian Deans’ Forum (ADF) plenary session was held at the Conference Room in Ito International Research Center, UTokyo, where Dean Kato gave an opening remark.
In the evening of the same day, he gave a speech to the participants of the Rising Stars Women in Engineering Workshop (RSE) and of the ADF at the RSE welcome party held at the Tokyo Dome Hotel, Japan.
