<About awarded research>
Title: Establishment of a liver model using human induced pluripotent stem cells-derived various liver cells to construct a liver fibrosis model
Liver fibrosis results in various chronic liver diseases. In this study, we investigated development of a physiological in vitro liver tissue model using human induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells-derived various liver cells for the study of liver fibrosis.
