On April 12, 2018, the University of Tokyo AY 2018 Spring Matriculation Ceremonies for undergraduate and graduate were held at the Nippon Budokan. Followed by the President Makoto Gonokami’s address, Dean of School of Engineering, Tatsuya Okubo made a speech at the Spring Graduate Matriculation Ceremony.
