The JLCSE held “Tea Ceremony Lesson” at the office from Dec. 5 to Dec. 9 for international students who are taking Japanese courses.
The students looked quite serious while making the tea, but once they tasted it, they shared their impressions with comments such as, “it tastes good,” “it tastes a little bitter ,” or “it has a very nice aroma.”
We hope the event helped students familiarize themselves with the ceremony as a part of Japanese culture.
