Next Generation Education at the School of Engineering: Questions for PIs

The UTokyo School of Engineering Committee for Gender Equality has prepared some questions for PIs (principal investigators, or professors, and associate professors in charge of labs) to deepen their understanding of the next generation development of young researchers.

There are nine multiple choice questions, and each can be answered in one to two minutes. Hopefully these questions can be useful prompts for considering how to strike a balance between research and private life while managing research laboratories.
