Please note that the issuance of certificates and inquiries about academic records are only available to current/former students affiliated with the Faculty of Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering, and Graduate School of Information Science and Technology of the University of Tokyo.

Please check the following information before applying for the issuance of certificates.

If you have any questions about the issuance of certificates (Certificate of Program Completion, Certificate of Academic Degree, Academic Transcript, Certificate of Enrollment, etc.), please use the Inquiry Form to contact us. We also accept inquiries from third parties regarding the verification of academic credentials. (Authorization and consent from the current/former student are required).

To complete your inquiry, please fill out the Inquiry Form below and click Submit. 
We will reply to you in about 3 business days.
However, please note that we will not respond to inquiries regarding advertising, sponsorship, sales, etc., depending on the content of the inquiry.
If you have not received a response from us after more than one week from your inquiry, it is possible that the form has not been submitted. Please submit the Inquiry Form again.
